Mechanised pile foundation for utility-scale solar — driven and bored piles, stub installation, pull-out and torque testing.
Piling is the foundation of every solar park, and it is where GCC started. We deploy 15 Tractor Augers alongside JCBs and Hydra cranes to execute pile foundations at the pace GW-scale sites demand.
Our scope covers setting out and survey, auger boring, pile casting or driving, stub installation to tolerance, backfilling and compaction, and coordination with the developer's QA team for pull-out and torque tests. We have executed pile foundation packages at the 2000 MW Khavda Renewable Energy Park and tracker pile foundations across various pier types for NTPC blocks.
